It means your CMPs are in good hands! You'll still have access to expert technical support and service, just as you did with us. We truly value each and every one of our customers, and we trust that Poppy Quilt N Sew will carry on the tradition of pride and excellence that you've come to expect from Sew Much More.

 

Even better news - some of our amazing tech professionals from Sew Much More will be moving to Poppys as well! This means the same expert service from the same great team.

 

During this transition period, Poppy Quilt N Sew kindly asks for your patience and understanding as they ramp up their staffing to meet your needs. They'll begin accepting machines under the Complete Maintenance Plan starting April 30th, 2024. Rest assured, all guidelines, cleanings, repairs, parts, and labor outlined in your plan will be fully honored by Poppy Quilt N Sew until the end of your CMP.
